Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, Victoria Hutto received her B.A. in fine art in illustration from the California College of Arts and Crafts in Berkeley. Upon graduation, Victoria embarked upon her art career with design positions with the greeting card company, Curtis Swann; industry giant, Sanrio; and as Senior Designer for the gift bag company, Jeanmarie Creations. After gaining invaluable experience and a sound understanding of the design and product development process, Victoria launched her own art licensing business.    

Victoria’s cheerful nature shows through in her bright and delightful illustrations. Victoria’s wonderfully whimsical designs have become fan favorites, as evidenced by her sustained success as a licensed artist. Her artistic creations have been featured on a wide spectrum of product categories, including greeting cards, fabric, gift wrap, decorative flags, tabletop, and home decor. To this day, watching one of her concepts progress from a blank (digital) canvas to a finished product on a store display continues to give Victoria great joy and satisfaction.
